Bleed in Technicolor

No one gets this pic at all, probably because I draw badly. Basically, its a play on the concept of art coming from inside someone. Here its just more... literal. Its not supposed to be realistically gruesome. I thought that would be more apparent, what with the paint-organs and all, but people still commented on it.
